Due to the nature of our handcrafted tallow skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naturallylathered24@gmail.com with:

A photo of the damaged item(s)
A photo of the shipping packaging
Your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the damaged item be returned before issuing a resolution.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or use after delivery.
